I love this chic! Dont think about her ranting just read her words and see how you feel about them? Where are you? It takes consistent effort. No short term challenge can achieve what Pauline has. Like her body or not it matters not to her. If you want a body like her and you are given the plan to get it, dont think that you can short cut it. Quit with the trying to short cut hard work and quit with the once I get to where I want I will be happy buzz too. If you want it your journey starts NOW! When does it end? Well if you REALLY want results and to live with the effects from those results then it ends when youre dead meaning that your journey is forever.
