I love this dress! Last week Monday I went to the Met to see the Charles James Exhibit. Back in the day when I was designing clothes on 7th Ave I spent quite a bit of time in the Metropolitans Fashion Library. It was a déjàvou moment. It was a VERY inspiring Retrospect of his works. There were interesting quotes throughout the exhibit that I wanted to share with you! All creative works begins by doing something with the hands. Creation is simply the problem and design is the way out. There are not many original shapes or silhouettes-- only a million variations Forget all you know and learn new something everyday Enjoy the rest of the day!
