I love this post for so many reasons so I am going to list them out! Here goes: 1. I am a big fitness person; working out and eating healthy is a HUGE part of my life so I LOVE reading inspiring posts from fitness trainers. 2. Her 15 minute before and after photos made me (as a photographer) realize even more how much posing can really change the way you look. 3. I just love her outlook on fitness and being happy. I have tried for so long to be fit and lean without any luck. It seems the more time I invest into eating super clean and training, I dont get any better results than I would what I am doing now; working out 3-4 days a week and eating 90% really good. 4. The most important thing about fitness is how you FEEL. If you are expending all your mental and physical energy into achieving the best physique, is it really worth it? I certainly dont look like a supermodel myself, but I am comfortable with how I look AND knowing that I wont feel any guilt about eating a piece of pumpkin cake later on As a photographer, this post demonstrates that getting a more flattering picture is all about the posing. As a person, she explains how she isnt a slave to training and food like she had been in the past and how she is happier being a little more soft than she was when she was super fit and lean. Totally made my night, its worth the quick read! melvfitness.blogspot/2013/08/transformation-or-few-simple-tweeks.html
