I love this story!! Dustin update! Dustin has had a great day! Over the last week I have noticed Dustins muscle tone has continued to be more relaxed which is huge because for 9 years he has had a baclofen pump (over $100,000.00 cost after surgery ) implanted that has supposed to do just that but has failed horribly the improvement but since June when he started the nerve support I have seen a huge difference..for those of you that do not know much about Dustin he suffered a severe brain injury in 2005 at the age of 17 due to a car accident. He is diagnosed with spastic quadraparesis which although his spinal cord was not injured the nerves in his brain telling his body to move were sheared (torn) causing his right side to be limp without movement or sensation ..this started improving after a couple months on nerve support ..he continues to respond to touch & some verbal commands to move his right leg..he even straightened his leg last night when I put him to bed & I could feel the leg quiver as he attempted to bear weight! So todays big improvement is different Dustin ATE SUPPER & DRANK HIS FIRST PLEXUS SLIM!!! Yes this is huge because you see Dustin has a feeding tube & has been unable to eatanything by mouth for the last 4 years (he quit eating after a bad episode of pneumonia) since the accident his swallowing has been very delayed he would only eat a few bites at a time & it would take 10-15 seconds to swallow ..doctors had said his neck muscles were so tight because of the severe muscle tone his swallowing was affected..over the last few days he has been opening his mouth more during oral care & taking sips of water his neck muscles are so much looser so today I thought I would try food.. as you can see Dustin has an EMPTY container of strawberry applesauce in front of him..I fed this to him & he ate the whole thing in 15 minutes along with 3 ounces of my Pink Drink (he liked the slim!) I timed his swallows & he was swallowing all bites within 5 seconds!!!!! I know this is long but I had to explain what his Norm has been all these years so you can appreciate how huge this improvement is for him! People can be skeptical if they want but we had seen no improvement with Dustin in YEARS & now since starting Plexus (I give him nerve support 2 capsules 3 times a day , 1 xfactor daily,1 biocleanse daily & 2 probio5) I have seen improvement in so many areas that we will forever be #plexusforlfe ...please share Dustins story because even if there is one person out there like Dustin that Plexus could help we must share ! Tomorrow Dustin is having mashed potatoes & gravy! Praising God tonight for his miracle & for bringing Plexus into our lives!!
