I love to cook, someday soon I will be writing a Poor woman cook book based on the awesome food I have put together with the bare minimum of ingredients. like today,,, I am making a soup for my lunch: Spicey smoked pork soup. made with left over smoked pork butt, egg noodles, one can of corn, and on can of rotel. seasoned with parsley flakes, garlic salt, season salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.. smells so wonderful. cant wait to eat...:-). will be complemented with southern sweet tea..:-). mmmmm to be me..
