I love to feed Romeo a pound of meat every other day. I also - TopicsExpress

I love to feed Romeo a pound of meat every other day. I also love to manage my life in a way that allows me to sleep as little as possible, work as much as possible, go out as much as possible while also maintaining a certain level of physicality and health. Recently, my physicality and health have fallen to personally unacceptable levels. I take responsibility for my mismanagement, and I vow to do whatever it takes to return my health and physicality to where I need them to. To me, outstanding health is marked by high HDL cholesterol, a nice amount of big, fluffy LDL cholesterol, a minimal amount if small, dense LDL, a low amount of systemic inflammation as estimated by HS-CRP, relatively high Vitamin D levels, low Trigylcerides, moderately high testosterone levels and a smooth cortisol rhythm as shown by a 24-hour saliva panel. Unfortunately, my cortisol rhythm is off and my inflammation is higher than Id like it to be. These are problems that I have already solved a few times in the past 4 years that Ive been tracking myself in this manner. I dont like to sleep, but I will make it a point to go to bed earlier and adjust my schedule so as to sleep later on many days. I will also adjust my diet, take specific supplements at specific times and make some changes to my exercise habits as well. In a few months I be back, but this time I have to make a focus on sleeping adequately a lasting thing. I tend to think that sleeping is not a good use of my time, and I have so many things to do that sleeping is just getting in the way of me getting shit done. For the record, I know I sound like an idiot but that is the truth about me- I am not interested in sleeping. I wrote this in attempt to hold myself accountable and force myself to sleep. These type of things work for people. In fact, I am going to ask a good friend of mine that is also in the personal healthcare field to hold me accountable. I want you all to know that I professionally hold others accountable for their health and fitness. If you would like to know more about ways to track your health with blood and saliva tests please let me know. Love you all especially the women, Sam Suska
