I loves these ...its amazing what you can do with a tiny space. She could have a flat screen on the wall at lest 23 inch.For me the window would have to open on top. Rails at the foot of matteress with shelves for storage/books and to put raidio and TV. I would use a tiny love set and TV trays not a hard bench,store trays under couch.After looking at it again,theres room for a small dryer over the hot water heater just use a longer curtain :-) then in the closet a small washer.still enough room for clothes etc. This would be awesome in a back yard for. Company its adorable.I see across on the other peck theres room for a twin bed and shelves set up the same way but more room for extras...love it. :-) Tossing in my ideas in case someone builds one. Oh dont for get a little porch swing.
