I made a lovely Raw Peach Crumble for pudding tonight. I have been lucky to have an abundance of blackboy peaches growing on my tree this year, it has been a great enjoyment to share my crop. 4 Peaches sliced 2 Tbsp Coconut Nectar 1 tsp Cinnamon combined together and place in a dish to marinate while you make the topping. Topping 1/2 cup Raw Cashew Nuts 4 Medool dates (pip removed) Pinch salt Put topping ingredients in food processor and blend until fine crumb. Spread out on top of the peach mixture. Ready to serve. Easy no baking time!! Photo coming!!
