I made a lovely Raw Peach Crumble for pudding tonight. I have been lucky to have an abundance of blackboy peaches growing on my tree this year, it has been a great enjoyment to share my crop. 4 Peaches sliced 2 Tbsp Coconut Nectar 1 tsp Cinnamon combined together and place in a dish to marinate while you make the topping. Topping 1/2 cup Raw Cashew Nuts 4 Medool dates (pip removed) Pinch salt Put topping ingredients in food processor and blend until fine crumb. Spread out on top of the peach mixture. Ready to serve.
