I made a really nice pork roast for lunch today - with roasted potatoes. No one here to eat it, so well have it for supper. Meantime, I made some brownies because my family has been deprived of those things since Im not eating sugar - and I want you all to know that in spite of the wonderful smell in the kitchen, Im not even a little bit tempted to sample them - nor did I lick the mixing spoon...pretty proud of myself. The pork roast dinner will be a treat, though.
