I made a very tasty breakfast my turn today.. One of my favorite recipes I came up with, this one I will share. We watch two things. White Queen. Just finish up with Down the Shore. We really enjoyed both but down the shore left us both feeling this ironic feeling. Must watch DTS, if you like series then White Queen Now for breakfast. I made double wheat toast, and omelets. This time I took sausage, torpedo onions, garlic, sliced zucchini, seasoning, turmeric, and fresh Papaya cut up sauteing it all together. Cracked real eggs..not just the whites. I saute ingredients all in olive/canola oil. Then pour the beaten eggs into my "favorite pan" pour the above onto the egg, and then put CACTUS SALSA in it...and sour creme cooking it for a bit, then folding it over to make the omelet. After it reach a done state I slice more papaya, and pour more CS on top along with a dab of sour creme. The BEST. For a long time I could not find my Cactus Salsa, and now they began carrying one similar again. I got hooked on it when a friend use to make five gallons at a time for the Kings Players way back when I was working in family law at the time. Awesome when its homemade.
