I made gluten/granulated sugar free brownies. Theyre a delicious, healthier alternative when youre craving something sweet and I decided to share my recipe with you all! Theyre so easy! Ingredients for brownies: -4 large eggs -1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder -1 cup of coconut sugar -¼ cup extra virgin coconut oil -2 tsp vanilla extract -1/2 tsp unrefined sea-salt Ingredients for fudge sauce topping (optional): -1 cup coconut sugar -1/4 cup milk -1/4 cup light salted butter -1 tsp vanilla -1/8 tsp unrefined sea-salt -1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Directions for fudge sauce: Melt butter in pot on medium heat, add milk, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, vanilla and salt and stir together. Bring to a rapid boil, stirring constantly. Allow to boil for 1-2 minutes and remove from heat. Continue to stir for 2-3 minutes then set aside. Directions for brownies: Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until velvety smooth. Pour into a parchment paper lined 8 x 4 loaf pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes. The brownies will be soft in the middle at 30 minutes and have a slight jiggle. Put brownies in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, then remove and poke holes in the brownies with a fork. Pour the fudge sauce over the brownies and put back into the refrigerator for 20-30 more minutes. Remove from refrigerator, cut and enjoy! :)
