I made my first Whence purchase yesterday - thanks! It was a fairly intuitive process, but I have just a few suggestions based on that experience. When I clicked Add to Cart, there was no confirmation that anything had happened, so I clicked it a couple more times before opening the cart to find that I had added three of a single item. Then I had to delete it entirely, go back to the store, and add it again. So this raises two suggestions: 1. When selecting Add to Cart, there should be some kind of feedback, perhaps along the lines of selecting quantity. 2. There should be a way to edit quantity from the cart itself. I also noticed, from playing around with the cart, that each time I clicked buy now, it asked me to enter my information again, which raises my third suggestion: 3. Perhaps the delivery information could default to the home address, or give us the functionality to program in a couple saved addresses. Really, though, it was a great experience. I look forward to additional vendors and whatever else is to come! Finally, I have to comment that I am very pleased Luckys is one of your first vendors. It is such a cool store, and I think they have the best produce around, but I find I am not able to do all of my grocery shopping there. As I am totally into one-stop shopping for groceries, I have forgone quality produce for the sake of convenience. This week I was able to do all of my grocery shopping except produce, and have a weeks worth of fantastic fruit delivered to me!
