I made some not very nice comments about GSP on my facebook - TopicsExpress

I made some not very nice comments about GSP on my facebook yesterday which offended people. It was not my intention in a public personal discusion with someone on my facebook to degrade GSP but rather to highlight the crisis that is MMA in Quebec, especially the situation of amateur MMA in this province. One year ago i was one among several targets slandering me, my gym, my VICTORY promotion, and really the entire amateur MMA scene in Quebec. Soon after indirectly due to the effect o govt officials of this 4 part CBC TV series the amateur MMA Federation stopped its operations in January 2014. Since then there has been no return let alone news about the situation. It is becoming a crisis for aspiring fighters and their teans and gyms throughout this province since. This CBC series was originally portrayed to me by the producers as being about the GSP effect on Quebecs youth. I was led to believe that it would be a positive spin on it rather than used as a tool to slander me, my gym, my events, and the entire MMA industry in Quebec. GSP failed to be interviewed for this series related to him. He has failed to act since in the last year to speak to the media or govt officials on behalf of amateur MMA of which he participated in here. We need someone of his out to step up and do or say something and be involved. So my apologies for any offense taken about my negative personal views of him to GSP himself and his coach Firas Zahabi. But to be honest in the last year to use his own words I am not impressed by your performance. So please step up to the plate and engage the media and govt about this issue and industry upon which you have benefited.
