I made these for dinner last week and have kept forgetting to put them up. The filling was saved and frozen leftovers, (raw cauliflower and broccoli stalks and roasted pumpkin skins from Christmas and some flavoured spicy brown rice that I made too much of for another meal) Any leftovers saved and put together would do for this once you have enough. I just processed the veggies, mixed in the rice and made flaxseed egg to bind it well together and added soy sauce, garlic paste, onion flakes and some apple sauce. This made dinner and lunch the next day and I even had so much filling that I made and froze two huge ones made into logs. I just added some cheese slices before I wrapped the filling for the big logs for something different.
