I made this last night, the flavors were AWESOME but my potatoes took forever to soften. Definitely not the 30 min cook time she gives. I cut them up pretty small too....maybe if I used a bigger pan so they were more spread out? I dont know. But I did the creole seasoning, sea salt, pepper and the majority of a packet of onion soup mix.
