I made this last week at a reunion party in Klang. Strawberry Basil Lemonade 1 Large strawberry 3 Basil leaves 1 oz Gin 2 oz Fresh Lemonade (i made mine with 1 part sugar, 1 part hot water to melt the sugar and 1 part lemon juice) Club soda *Muddle strawberry and basil leaves, fill with ice and set aside. Add gin and lemonade to a shaker and fill with fresh ice. Shake, and strain into the prepared glass. Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with a strawberry and a basil leaf. Sit back, enjoy and get on with the gossip session with the girls :)
