I made this super easy, delicious and HEALTHY pizza a few days ago! The crust is made of CAULIFLOWER! Cauliflower Pizza Crust 2 cups of puréed cauliflower (to resemble the look of rice) 1 cup of shredded cheese (healthier choice is skim mozzarella) 1 clove of garlic 1 egg 1 tsp of oregano or basil Mix all together. Press onto well greased or parchment lined pizza pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes on middle rack until edges are brown. Take out top with favourite toppings in this picture I topped mine with tomato base pizza sauce, thinly sliced wide salami, bell peppers and shredded cheese. Bake for 12-15 more minutes. ENJOY! 😄
