So it can be simple or it can be as fluffy & elaborate as youd like and I will still only charge you 10$ to make whatever you desire. I want these to be affordable for everyone. A regular tutu length will cost on average 10 to 15$ for supplies A tutu dress (floor length) with one row of tulle will cost on average 15$ to 20$ for supplies A extra fluffy tutu dress (floor length) with two rows of tulle will cost on average about 20 to 25$ for supplies (All the above prices include the 5$ Crochet Tube Top) Ribbon- 3$ each kind (depending on how much is needed as well) Diamonds- 4$ Rapunzel/ Frozen/ Disney Princess image with bow- 6$ (for center of tutu top, or headband) Other embellishments are also available.
