I make a version of pimento cheese that I always use as an appetizer..... REALLY SIMPLE lolol...... Sounds awful but if you let it sit overnight and the flavors blend.... It is usually a favorite... Shredded 8 oz of the sharpest cheese you can find.... small pkg of cream cheese... Salt and pepper.... And all the pressed garlic you think you dare put in it lolol.....NOTHING but pressed fresh garlic will do.... I whip it in the Kitchen Aid mixer until I get tired of listening to it .... Put it in a container and let it sit overnight at least.... Serve it at or close to room temp with Ritz or that type cracker.... You may have garlic breath but you will be smiling with garlic breath lololol.... And I promise you if you hate garlic.... this will probably not be for you lolol...however fresh garlic is a whole different animal than garlic powder...
