I make myself watch Hoarders frequently so I kick butt on my home and not ever let that happen to us! I am constantly purging out things. The rule I tell my dad is that if you bring something new in the home then something else needs to go!! Having said that I have nicole trained and she has bags upon bags of clothes she is parting with and when she was younger i sat her down and if she couldnt remember the last time she played with a toy that meant it had to go. Years later she can purge her room and make those hard choices. I also got Pete to let go of years worth of magazines! There is hope! Having said all that there will be a huge garage sale coming up very soon! I will also have a lot of my own clothes thinking i would wear them again someday, but if that day ever comes i think i would like to use the money i made from out garage sale and buy some new current styles! I will also habe some of moms things. So if you like to hoard things, goodness stop now and decide what is the most important. ....... material things.......... ...or your family and your health!
