I make no representation as to this videos accuracy. As a connoisseur of region-based humor (ask me about Radio Yerevan sometime!), I did not find this especially incisive. The jokes were mostly like shooting fish in a barrel. I will admit, however, I was intensely amused by several of its representations, especially the poor girl who misses Burning Man so much. Interestingly, the comments waste no time but VSTOL right into hate, with people denying that real San Franciscans are like that, blaming the trust fund kids and particularly the hipsters, a category of humans many folks seem to think they can recognize on sight. Except, sadly, they all disagree as to what makes someone a hipster. The one unifying factor being that it just happens to be whatever the speaker thinks makes someone a douchebag. Is it my imagination, or have a significant number of people forgotten that comedy isnt intended to serve as a springboard for foaming-at-the-mouth social and quasi-political diatribe? movoto/blog/opinions/san-franciscans-say/
