I make this often. Its yummy but remember even though it does not have cilantro in the ingredients list ADD IT because it is what makes this so good. I use dry beans instead of canned so wave all the salt You can get those little crock pots this time of year they are wonderful and cheap enough you can buy two. I am looking for another one this year. I use fresh garlic and oregano we grow and cilantro if its growing at the time other wise I buy it to use. you can make with or with out corn. he prefers no corn. I made today and its just about cool enough to go to the fridge. yellow corn bread would be good or corn muffins but dont have the meal and jiffy mix always has bugs in it YUCK. So I will make home made biscuits with raw honey. I would love to have shredded cheddar cheese on top lol but that is soo bad so no can do... so if I would do that have to go get some soy cheddar to be true to the program. meatlessmonday/recipes/great-northern-white-chili/
