I managed to beat Jen Lodato home tonight which rarely happens. Since I cant find my house keys, I let myself in through the living room window onto the TV stand to avoid waiting in the rain. I turned the TV off and hid in the shower. She came in 5 minutes later, and I could hear as she greeted all the pets that she realized something was off. I heard her ask why the TV was off and then heard her turn it back on. Knowing she had to have seen my wet sneaker prints behind the TV on the stand was nothing short of gratifying... She was probably scared (Bwahahaha). Then, I hear nothing for about 2 minutes. I poke my head slowly out of the shower and still ... Silence. I creep to the bathroom door and look out to see her looking behind doors. I wait a minute and look again and to MY surprise she has the BIGGEST butcher knife ever coming straight at me. When she actually saw me standing there laughing, she looked so terrified I thought I might end up back at work as a patient with multiple stab wounds. Most successful scare ever.
