I may be a hunter, but I do not kill animals for sport. I hunt within the law in order to take part in nature and to come closer to a world that brings me incredible peace and happiness. I hunt (and hike, fish, etc) in order to take part in natural processes we were all meant to take part in, and I do in a humane and effective manner. If there is one thing that brings out the darkest part of my soul, and moral compass, it is animal cruelty. The video I am posting here is difficult to watch so you may want to pass on it, but it actually has a happy ending and I was very touched by it. The owner of this elephant is currently trying to get him back.
