I may be predominantly dealing with the Strength&Conditioning/Muscle building side of things at 313 Fitness Studio. But youre in for a few rough days of recovery if you think Im here to just get you pumping ole weights or to make you just squat and deadlift when its your Posterior Chain/Lower Limbs and Back day LOL Our role as a coach/trainer is indeed to get you doing those lifts properly, but were also here to push you the max, more than you believe you could ever had done in ways you had never done! #AlwaysImprovising #BreakPastYourFears #PersonalTraining #StrengthAndConditioning
