I may be the smartestest person ever, but I want to run my idea by my friends to find out if its legal. I bought a bunch of books here in Seattle, and I was wondering how I would get them home without having to check a bag. Well, check this out. In this picture Im wearing every shirt I brought, 5 pairs of undies, and 3 pairs of pants. The clothes youre wearing dont count as a personal item, right? So why not wear all of my clothes and put my loot in my garment bag!? I dont care if this is a good idea or not. I just want to know if its legal.
