I may die. I havent decided yet. My physical therapist, my new friend, and good confidant paid me her last visit today. She got me pretty much ship-shape ...given that this patient is a whiny, snarly, pouty, baby who refuses to hold her stomach in, stand up straight, and do her exercises! Venus never made a practice of passive listening. She paid attention to even my tiniest frowns. Best part of all? Besides her being unbelievably tolerant of me, she LOVES my dogs. Yes, while I sweated and panted and groaned like a puss, she would play tug of war with Charlie and her Chicky (stupid squeaky chicken) all the while counting off how many reps I had to do, one by one. WE will sooooooooooo miss you, Venus (Venus Deguzman Cantos) your patients are so very fortunate to have you!!!!
