I may not be a mother but whenever I see my guys in Firing All Cylinders kicking ass on stage, Im beaming with pride like a proud parent! It makes me so happy to see them do so well and the fact that I had something to do with their journey to a bright metal future, the same feeling goes for Clearview too! I thoroughly enjoyed listening to Firing All Cylinders self titled debut CD last night on my drive home from their show, I was singing my heart out! It was so much fun! Fire It Up guys! I am however very sad that Spider Island is calling it quits, their last show ever is Dec 19th, Im going, if anyone else wants to go Ill send you an invite! Im trying to convince Spider Island to keep going but the guys in the band are going in different directions. It is an amicable disbanding, but my maternal instincts kick in and I want to keep all my kids in one place even though I should let them leave the nest! It is an honor and privilege to be a part of all these bands lives. I did acquire 2 bands yesterday that Im determined to help find gigs for, Almost Anywhere and 4 Headed Monsters were amazing, I also gained new friends too!! Love going to see original metal bands, it is an adventure and I love to see the different styles of these bands! It was a great night last night, I had a blast! The pre and post show banter is so much fun!! I am a mommy to Snoopy! :) Hell Yeah!! Snoopy Rulez!! Metal 4 Life!!! \m/\m/
