I mean this in the politest possible way and if you take offence then I apologise but Ive had about as much as I can take... I have tried my very best to get everyones order out in time for Christmas, but theres certain things I have no control over, for instance...delay in delivery of blank shoes or garments, or me ordering shoes and then only half of my order being sent due to them being out of stock, or the Royal Mail being very busy because its Christmas, all of these things mean a delay in your shoes being made and sent, not to mention that I have other things in my life to do too, I am one person and can only do so much! I truly appreciate that its frustrating when youre waiting for something but its also very frustrating and stressful to me when Im trying my best and receive rude emails...to those that have shown me nothing but patience and respect, I thank you massively!! Any outstanding order will be sent as soon as I can possibly send it but I think Im entitled to a little time to myself and my family over Christmas!!!
