I mentioned last week that November could be a bit below normal but I am having doubts now. Maybe the first couple of days but I am now seeing a Mild November for much of the eastern United States and an overall lack of cold air in Canada. I wouldnt worry though because even a cold November would still mean rain in our area. This winter may be a slow starter but we shouldnt really expect snow till mid December no matter what the winter. Some people will appreciate the mild November though:)
