I met Max Blumenthal and Ken Cohen at the Marna House while they were here to document Israeli war crimes in Gaza. I was devouring a bowl of pasta during one of the cease fires, when Max and Ken approached our table to say hello.... I have to admit that I got a little flustered when I looked up and saw Max, and I was totally honored to shake their hands - and Ill confess that I hope to meet them again many times in the future... I have followed Maxs work in particular since the release of his excellent analysis of the Israeli government - Goliath. After hearing Maxs testimony before the Russell Tribunal and after reading Kens in depth report from Gaza that was just released, I must confess that sometimes I am really proud to be an American.... when young Americans like these are standing up for human rights and risk lives and careers to report on the Israeli genocide in Gaza, I would like to recommend that you listen to all of the testimony from the Russell Tribunals recent hearings (available on YouTube) - and recommend Maxs in particular.... Maxs testimony corroborates much of what i have been hearing from eye witnesses in Khuzaa and what I saw with my own eyes in Shujaya. I dont think that Max or my eye witnesses ever used the term specifically in their official and unofficial testimonies - but I will use it based on my own analysis - Israel appears to be getting away with murder in its recent attacks on Khuzaa, Shujaya, Beit Hanoun and Rafah. And those that are preventing Palestinian access to the International Criminal Court are complicit in their support of the war crimes. If you are leaning toward the belief that genocide was at the heart of the recent Operation Protective Edge, then listen to the testimony of Max Blumenthal (and others) and make your own decisions..... I have made my decision already - IT WAS. Please take the time to listen to the testimony given before the Tribunal and share the recorded testimony with your communities.... Thank you, my friends.
