I met Mr. C. B. Moore here in Roswell, NM in July 1997. He was here to tell of his involvement with Project Mogul and provide his personal opinion that what was recovered here in 1947 was in fact Project Mogul Balloon Flight #4 and it had nothing to do with Alien Visitations. I asked Mr. Moore, if in fact the object recovered was the recovery of Mogul Flight #4, did he not find it strange that the balloon and radio equipment that would have been attached to it was not returned to his group due to its scientific value? His answer was yes and he attempted to change the subject, something that I did not permit. He finally admitted to me that the protocol at the time would have been the return of the “package” and he had no idea as to why “they” choose not to return it. I, personally feel this to be a truthful and honest response. I than showed him the attached document. He confirmed the information in the document and added that he wished he had never had the sighting. I did not push any further, as I was just another person in the crowd. After all, I was not speaking and for the most part I was considered to be crazy, as I dared to state that I had been involved with the actual recoveries of UFO (not of this world). After all, I was just a “Sergeant First Class,” therefore, I could not being telling the truth. The truth is, regardless of the rank of the individual that comes out and says we have recovered objects that did not originate on this planet, they will not be believed. This is simple to prove. Look at all those (to include several general officers and heads of state from several countries) who have come forward to state that which I have stated. Recovery operations required the use of privates, specialists, sergeants and officers of all ranks. These events were reported and analyzed by other agencies and higher authority individuals, most of who have never talked and never will. God Bless, Cliff
