I met a woman named Roxanne on my way out for one of my breaks at work today. She was coughing up a lung. I asked her if she was sick (haha, duh) and she explained to me how it was dry cough and the doctor said there is nothing they can do about it and dont know why it is there. She said it will just leave one day. I explained that I pray for people for healing and Jesus heals them. She got a grin on her face and said, Oh you can pray for me. and reached out to pat my arm. I introduced myself and found out her name then asked if I could place my hand on her shoulder and explained that the bible says believers lay hands on the sick and they recover. She was ok with that. I placed my hand on her right shoulder and spoke to the cough. Cough, you come out of Roxanne right now. Lungs be free, be healed in Jesus name. While I was saying that she coughed a couple times fairly hard then stopped. I then asked her to take a deep breath and to see if she felt anything. She didnt feel anything but she wasnt coughing either. I said that I believe she is healed and asked if she knew Jesus. She said Oh yes, I believe in Him. I gave her a booklet from Sid Roth for her reading enjoyment and left for break. On my way back in I walked past her again and she was eating now. I asked if the cough was gone. She said, Well, I havent coughed yet. I gave her the thumbs up and went back to work. I believe it was DONE. Thank You Lord! More kingdom!
