I met the most amazing cab driver last night. He was sharing his story of how he wound up in America. He told me that he loves our country and that every person here is his brother and sister, no matter how poorly we treat each other. He said its amazing how many people here dont smile , or laugh, are rude and yet while we have troubles in life, they are no where near the troubles overseas. (He was shot twice in the head just walking to work in his country). Got me thinking.... how often are you rude, short, and nasty to a customer service agent, to a passerby on the street, or even to your own family? Today, I want you to make a conscious effort to realize how blessed your life is. To smile at every person you pass, even if they dont reciprocate. What a wonderful world it could be....
