I met today for an hour and a half with the Clerk of Court concerning the foreclosure process on our house. The loan on the house was government insured and the original investor was paid when we went into default. CHASE BANK was only the loan servicer. Yet they can buy my house in foreclosure and sale it and keep the money for themself. A cash offer was made on our house with a cash deposit. The buyer has been put on hold, I learned, in hopes she would give up and find another house. Thus leaving CHASE BANK open to take our house even though they are NOT legally allowed to foreclose to begin with. We have 60 days to make a case against CHASE BANK or they will get away with it. I pray God will bring the truth to light.
