I might be speaking too soon but as you all know I started doing little 15 minutes dance parties in my living room starting yesterday to see if it would help my stomach. The BFF Sharon Redmond suggested I start moving more although moving seemed to make my stomach worse. Well....its day two and although there is not a significant change, about 10 minutes into dancing my stomach felt totally normal. Keep your fingers crossed and help me pray that this works along with seeing the holistic guy and eating better. #1 I need to get back in shape. #2 I need to somehow release this tension in my upper gut/diaphragm.
