I miss the days of going into a business or company and filling out an application or handing in a resume. At least then you get contact with person that will be hiring you or your supervisor you will be working for. Least then they can get a feel of how awesome you are in person... instead of these 45 minute assessment tests EVERY time I put my resume out there. Understand with some fields of employment, they are necessary, but really?? Asking same question 3 times in 45 minutes, wording it differently each time to see if I strongly agree or strongly disagree ... only thing I strongly agree on, is that technology is the wave of the future, yes, but good old-fashioned meeting people face to face and companies using their OWN judgement, not a assessment test, to see if you are an asshat or not, is still the best way to go :)
