I missed a great photo op yesterday. I drove home through Hart Park and the river is so low a guy was standing in the middle of it and it was barely up to his thighs. I couldnt figure out what he was doing unless spear fishing. Whatever he was doing it really emphasized how low the river is. It hasnt been long since there was no way you could stand in the middle of the Mighty Killer Kern. Maybe we should start calling it Kern Creek. Sad.
