I missed this one in 03, cold situation... deandre was not committing suicide. he was not a murder fugitive. he was unarmed. fonda brown was in back the squad car on the scene the whole time. policy is to contain & de-escalate. sheriffs maneuvered to escalate throughout. deandre knew fonda squashing the domestic charge was only chance to not go back to cali gladiator school. he was on probation after jail for a drug charge. the gun/fugitive bluff bought negotiation. the ranking k9 on the scene judged it non-deployable situation. the order to attack was given over cell phone by lt. patrick maxwell, drunk w/ his girlfriend at a sunday night party. burwell refused, cursing him out. maxwell ordered him off the scene & replaced. you can hear the new voice & the 2nd dog. burwell reported violations to i.a., quit the dept., agreed to testify & is in hiding out of state. maxwell has at least 3 documented personal murders. the dept. paid $100,000 each to deandres baby & 2 twins in trust & birth mother. his aunt keishia, where he stayed, was named in the case, but refused settlement to force public trial. the pro-bono vulture lawyer, luis carillo, conspired w/ judge to seperate her case & dismiss. keishia got nothing, now broke & shattered in compton, kept the video, police reports, depositions,,, & must be recognized for her fight. 3 days ago sheriffs Re: Did anybody ever hear the story of Deandre Brunston who was shot 22 times by police lipstickalley/showthread.php?t=59478&page=3 Fuc tha police(13min stand off vid of deandre brunston vs police) youtu.be/7GbX7y-uHH8
