I moved to Taipei from England, I used to work for NGOs, on non profit projects. After 7 years of non profit I realized that I needed to find myself. Recuperate and do hobbies that I enjoy that is about me. I cant bring happiness if I dont know happiness. If I dont know know who this is. ------------------------------------------------- What brought you to Taipei? I knew some friends from Taiwan and I thought they were cool and really great people, so I decided to come here. What are your feelings of Taipei so far? People are so friendly! I once lost my wallet and this man found me and handed it back, I had my ID in there and he managed to find me from my picture. He had been asking lots of people around if they had seen me, it was so kind! I try to bring that energy when I find lost items now, I have returned some items back too! I thought you were a backpacker at first because of your bag! Oh no I was mountain climbing, just took a break to do a hobby I enjoy. Im a teacher. Teaching little children English. Any differences between the parents here and back in England? hmm.. Parents here are stricter on the rules. Its their way or nothing. One time I had a parent tell me to be stricter on his kid, discipline him more and tell him to not be cheeky. I was thinking Children are supposed to be cheeky! Let him have his childhood The childs like 4! He should be free!- Mathew
