I must admit I did think about the possibility that there had been some tampering with the votes, seeing as UK and EU were panicking about the outcome of this election, but chalked it up to being overly suspicious. Now I dont know what to think. Apparently the story given once questions were asked about this, was that it wasnt the NO-pile after all, but rather a table with votes still waiting to be counted. But surely its beyond careless, not to mention risky, to leave uncounted votes on a table with huge NO tacked on to it.
