I must be doing something right. Im flying up to Portland ME tonight to direct my buddy Stephen Underwood in his solo show Underwater Guy. When I get back I get back to work on three projects for The Left Out Festival - playing the role of Bonnie in Michelle Ramonis play No River Between Us, playing Jessica, Portia and Second camera in Antonio and Shylock:Monsters, and putting together my documentary/event T-Party with my transwomen clients. As soon as thats over I start to work directing and playing the mother in Topher Cusumanos play Season, which has a staged reading here in NYC in early May, and then I start working with LaShonda Katrice Barnett to direct/dramaturg her new play, LEchange, which will have two staged readings at Stage Left Studio in September. I am feeling so very fortunate. And excited.
