I must say.... I am so proud of my city - Donaldsonville: The City of Truth, as my Beloved late Pastor used to call it! Not only am I proud of Daryl Comery, the Homecoming Festivities Committee and its participants, but I am also proud of EVERY SINGLE FACEBOOK FRIEND THAT I HAVE!!! THIS IS A RECORD PEOPLE.....GUESS WHAT!!!!! This past weekend was the first time in.....(I think) EVER.....that I have seen more positive news on my newsfeed than negative. People having a good time, enjoying themselves, celebrations GALORE!!! This is Amazing! Whether it was family, (real) friends, (facebook) friends, church members, associates, colleagues or military battle buddies, you guys kept me in the loop and up the the minute with everything that was going on and for that I thank you! I may not have physically been at ANY of these places/events (even if it was just in your house watching the game), but I sure appreciate yall sharing some of that good ol sunshine on my newsfeed!!! #YOUGUYSROCK
