I must say, this mandatory bed rest after a cardiac cath is boring!! Not sure what they gave me yesterday to make me sleepy I can only say it worked well and I do believe it is finally wearing off as I dont feel as tired as I did yesterday and earlier today. Thankfully I did not need a stent and did not need bypass surgery!! Yay! However, I do believe the doctor said there is some build up in my arteries, I am thinking he said from cholesterol? Dont remember for sure all that was said as I was really out of it. I will find out next week when I go for the follow up visit. I am just really happy to know that even though the nuclear stress test showed a blockage, there was no blockage! I am seriously thinking of joining the Weight Watchers group in Ledgewood on Saturday mornings. Not so sure I will feel strong enough to go tomorrow, maybe... but definitely next week!
