I nearly had a heart attack. Im going to Tokyo this weekend for a business trip and didnt bother applying for a visa because Malaysian passports dont need that anymore. However I realized that my passport is the old one without the biometric chip that doesnt qualify for visa exempt. So I am supposed to apply for a visa or cant enter Japan. I scrambled thinking maybe I should go renew my passport tomorrow and all until Pierre Pang reminded me that I could just use my APEC Business traveller card that allows me to enter without a visa since its a pre approved visa. Whew. Thank you for saving me APEC travel card.
