I need Mommy advice!!! So I didnt take Emmett to the doctor yesterday because he doesnt have a fever. He also doesnt have one today and his snot is running clear. Gross, yes. BUT, he is coughing some and sounds congested all the way into his chest. I know from experience that taking a one year old to the doctor without yellow snot and a fever pretty much means that we are going to be sent home and the doctor will suggest home remedies. Also, taking him risks him catching something else! But hes going out of town next week, and I dont want my inlaws to be stuck possibly having to take him if it gets worse. I have no idea what to do. I know in my heart they wont do anything at the doctor, but should I take him anyway? Or should I just keep on with the cold medicine and Advil at home?
