I need a Mac expert!! How do I delete programs Ive downloaded to my MacBook? I know dragging the icons into the trash does not work. Ive been trying to back up my iPhone contacts WITHOUT using iTunes or iCloud and have installed way too many programs to try and do this (unsuccessfully, I might add). And prior to me doing all this, my laptop was running SOOOOOO SSSSLLLOOOWWWW. I get the spinning disk of death. Argh....not having a good technology run of late. Help?
