I need a little Facebook love. Can you keep the rain away for the morning tomorrow? I am headed to Dayton on a special mission, to photograph a young mom and her two boys. I met them through a wonderful organization called Hearts Apart. They have photographers all over the country that donate their time and talent to create portraits of families of soldiers that are in harms way all over the world. The photos are then sent to the parent in a case approved by the DOD, so they can keep those they love as close as possible while they risk their lives. This daddy is in Africa, and his family has not seen them since February. I cannot imagine not seeing my kids for that long, especially when they were as young as his boys are, 3 and 6 months.
