I need a small favor....... Im a total believer in positive energy as a healer and I need that right now. Im just asking for thoughts and send me some of that good juju :) Last night I was playing volleyball and created a slight tear in my quad muscle. We are about two months out before I leave to climb Aconcagua but have tons of training before I even get to that point. Just need a little love to grind through this. Thanks to my awesome girlfriend the swelling has gone down a little and the bruising is looking better. The tightness is still there and pain has increased a little but I know I will be ready for this next adventure. Thanks awesome rad peeps!
