I need advise on working with a UIL Coordinator that hates me. We just do NOT get along. We have very conflicting views on UIL (she cares only about numbers) but she controls ALL my UIL monies. She wont let me have direct access to funds or information. She even hates the fact that I input my OAP info online. I have a meeting scheduled next week with her and my principal to try and hash things out but I dont really know what to say to justify why I should be more informed on budgets and be able to request my own purchase orders. Please, any suggestions or advice on dealing with this situation will be greatly appreciated!!!
